The Saskatoon Women's Community Coalition (SWCC) is a not-for-profit organization involving individuals and representatives from various community agencies. The organization was established in 2000 and continues to organize events which focus on women's issues.
We organize 3 main events every year: International Women's Day, Take Back the Night Rally and March, and the December 6th National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. We are a small but passionate group of female identified individuals who are dedicated to issues surrounding gender-based violence in all forms. We love to help with events and programs spearheaded by like-minded groups and individuals, and are always open to new volunteers - please contact us if you'd like to work together!
Thank you to our community partners who contribute to the success of the SWCC and our annual events (in alphabetical order):
